Job Summary: Manage billing operations in the Industrial/Commercial sector in Hyderabad billing region, ensuring operational excellence, team management, client relationship management, compliance and performance analysis.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• ACMA with 6 years of post-membership experience in a Utility Company; OR MBA from an HEC recognized university with at least 9 years of experience in a Utility Company.
• Candidate must have at least 4 years of relevant experience as a Functional / Team Lead.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage billing operations within the Industrial/Commercial sector in Hyderabad region aligned with organizational objectives.
2. Oversee and optimize billing processes ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance.
3. Lead and mentor a team of billing professionals, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
4. Collaborate with industrial and commercial clients to address billing needs and ensure positive customer experience.
5. Ensure strict adherence to billing regulations, standards and best practices.
6. Analyze billing performance metrics, identify trends and implement improvement strategies.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, customer service, regional managers) to align operations with business goals.
8. Explore and implement technology solutions to enhance billing systems, automation and analytics.
9. Contribute to budget planning and control, optimize resources and ensure cost-effectiveness in Hyderabad North Billing region.
10. Ensure compliance with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework in assigned role.
11. Ensure compliance with Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
12. Undertake any other assignment as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
