Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized institution by the HEC of Pakistan.
- Candidates having Bachelor's or Master's degrees are preferred.
- Minimum 06 years of experience in Administration, of which at least 02 years of experience in Banks/Financial firms would be preferred.
- Good understanding of learning & development.
- Up to date knowledge of prevailing trends in the banking industry.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
