Job Description
Position Objective:
This position will support the Order Management team in the Finance Global Shared Services organization. The responsibilities will focus on booking orders in compliance with corporate policies and revenue recognition rules, issuing licenses to the customer based on the sales orders processed by the Order Management team, and setting up customer records. It will have frequent and regular interaction with counterparts globally within and outside of finance.
This position will be based out of UKG’s Noida office in India and will report to the Supervisor – Order Management who is based out of UKG’s Noida office in India. Further, this position will operate from 11:30 am IST through 8:30 PM IST and will require flexibility to adjust shift timings during the month ends, and quarter ends to meet the month and quarter-end deliverables.
Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Part of Order Management & Accounts/Licensing process (Order Booking & Review, RMA bookings, Customer set up, and Maintenance & issuing licensing to the customer)
• Work closely with onshore stakeholders to deliver as per defined delivery standards.
• Work in collaboration with the onshore team to improve and streamline the process.
• Monitoring and evaluating all order issues, responding to queries, and dealing with inaccuracies promptly and professionally.
• Understand and assist with control and audit compliance, legal guidelines, licensing issues, shipping issues, contract questions, and questions from Sales Operations.
• Ensuring an appropriate order flow with compliance with organizational policies.
• Partner with international Sales Operations to improve the accuracy of orders being entered.
Qualifications & Ideal work experience:
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or college.
• 2+ years of experience in the order management domain.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Person should have good interpersonal skills & Communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
