The Accounting Advisory Team at PwC Poland is a group of experts dealing with broadly understood financial reporting and accounting advisory. Our additional competencies also include process design, implementation of tools supporting financial processes in the organization, attestation services, and advisory for clients conducting transactions in capital markets. We are seeking a dedicated
Manager to join our dynamic team.
In this pivotal
Manager role, your future responsibilities will include: managing advisory projects for Polish and international clients, focusing on areas such as accounting, financial and management reporting, and M&A processes; practical application of knowledge of Polish and international accounting standards (IFRS); collaboration with specialists from other PwC departments for comprehensive client support; building robust relationships with Polish and international clients and actively contributing to business development; and implementing and creating innovative solutions for optimizing financial processes using cutting-edge IT solutions, including AI tools.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting firm or a related field, or within the domain of accounting and financial reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of financial accounting, including International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Demonstrated initiative and a strong desire to build new business perspectives in the accounting advisory sector.
- Excellent teamwork skills, proven experience in project work, high autonomy in operations, and strong organizational skills.
- Professional qualifications such as PIBR or ACCA, or you are at an advanced stage of acquiring them.
- Familiarity with new technologies and AI-based tools for daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation).
- Fluent proficiency in English.
