Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Education: Currently pursuing the 5th or 6th year, or recently graduated (up to 1 year) in Mechanical Engineering.
• Requirements:
  • Modality: Hybrid, with availability for a 1x per week rotation, alternating between the SP and Barueri offices.
  • English: Intermediate to advanced level for reading and drafting technical documentation.
• Differentiator (Preferred Experience): Previous experience with machinery surveys, data extraction, calculations involving purchases, sales, budget reproduction, and industrial feasibility.
• Activities:
  • Real estate valuation based on the precepts of ABNT NBR 14653 standard.
  • Market research, civil construction cost production, heavy machinery calculation, technical reports, fixed asset valuation, and other services for land division such as insurance import and warranty purposes.
  • Feasibility studies.
  • Project development.
  • Cost engineering and budgeting.
  • Asset valuation.
  • Review of documentation and technical reports.
