Job Location CINCINNATI GENERAL OFFICES Job Description P&G Beauty is seeking a Scientific Communications Senior Manager responsible for leading the development and execution of brand scientific communications and Health Care Professional (HCP) engagement across priority Beauty brands. This role translates P&G’s scientific and clinical innovation into clear, credible, and impactful communications that drive trust, trial, and brand superiority, with a strong emphasis on dermatologists and other healthcare practitioners. The role sits at the intersection of science, communications, and influence and requires close partnership with R&D, Brand teams, and Agency teams.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Consistent, scalable scientific communication approaches that can be reapplied across brands and regions Job Qualifications Required Qualifications & Capabilities Bachelor’s degree in science, health, communications, or a related field; advanced degree (MS, PhD, PharmD, MD) is a plus but not required. Demonstrated experience engaging or working with healthcare professionals, medical experts, or scientific stakeholders. Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence across functions and with external partners. Proven project management skills and attention to detail.
