Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Lead development of formula cards that support regional material qualifications, BCPs (Business Continuity Planning) and product qualifications. ROLE REQUIREMENTS Demonstrated strong technical mastery in his/her current project with technical rigor. Can operate lab experiments independently, has strong observational skills that inform potential improvements to experiments and/or project direction. The ideal candidate should have high level of technical curiosity, always seek out ways to apply new knowledge, approaches or skills to improve reliability, productivity and robustness of results. PR and basic PD skills and experiences are strongly desired but not a must if learning agility is demonstrated.
