Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Engage with contractors, architects, and other construction professionals to facilitate communication and collaboration throughout the construction process Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets, and report on construction milestones and any issues that arise Job Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Awareness of relevant external (legal, tax) and internal (e.g., decision authority, procure to pay) stewardship requirements related to construction management and facilities operations. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management across residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. On-site management experience is preferred. (project management, and construction management principles) Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
