Job Description: This role is for a Senior Designer who will contribute to and execute design strategies within the team. They will be responsible for identifying and leading developments of new ideas, techniques, and procedures in the design process.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Qualifications: A degree in Design or a related field. Proven experience (8-15 years) as a Senior Designer or similar role. A strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and strategic thinking. Experience leading a team and managing external agency partners. Strong project management, communication, and storytelling skills.
