Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Logistics Manager (Construction - High Rise buildings and Road projects)
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for enhancing efficiency, performance, and reliability across the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring safe and unhindered access to job sites.
- Identifying logistics issues early to allow for timely corrections, avoiding conflicts with time-sensitive schedules.
- Implementing contingency plans for fast and accurate solutions when challenges arise.
- Developing a deep understanding of logistical requirements as outlined in the project plan.
- Integrating procedures necessary to fulfill project logistics needs.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of:
- Customer service
- Inventory management
- Supply chain and logistics
- Procurement

Qualifications
- Strong skills in customer service and inventory management
- Proficiency in supply chain and logistics management
- Experience in procurement processes
- Background in the construction industry
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities
- A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Salary:
AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
