Job Description / Notes:

The NOC Engineer is responsible for continuous monitoring, support, and troubleshooting of the datacenter’s infrastructure, including networks, servers, applications, and cloud services ensuring the high availability and uptime of our critical systems. The role ensures high availability, performance, and security of critical systems through proactive monitoring, incident response, and coordination with technical teams.

• Monitor datacenter infrastructure, including servers, storage, network devices, and power systems, to identify and respond to incidents and anomalies.
• Support basic configuration and troubleshooting of switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.
• Monitor server health, CPU/memory usage, disk space, and service performance.
• Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and response/resolution times.
• Assist with backup job monitoring and verification.
• Report service outages, degradation, and critical alerts to relevant teams.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
