Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Lead the successful delivery of at least one major new product or capability that measurably improves the experience for our sales, brand, and marketing teams. Job Qualifications What We're Looking For: Hands-on proficiency in at least one modern object-oriented language (e.g., Java, C#/.NET). Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem (Apex, LWC, integration patterns) is a significant advantage, as it is a core component of our current landscape. Experience leading software engineering teams in the delivery of digital products. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate technical vision into business value.
