Job Description:
1. Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO, managing complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
2. Act as a key point of contact, handling confidential communication and liaising with senior stakeholders
3. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism
4. Coordinate across multiple business units, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and follow-ups
Requirements:
Qualifications:
1. Open to Arabic nationals, Female within 35 years and below.
2. Minimum 2 years experience as a PA/EA supporting C-level executives, preferably within holding or diversified companies
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure
4. Immediate availability is an advantage.
Salary:AED 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
