About the role Weâre seeking an energetic and attentive Food & Beverage Server to join our team on a casual, flexible basis. You will play a key role in delivering a high standard of service across our dining outlets, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and memorable experience. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining a professional and friendly approach. What you will do Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all guests Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and drinks to a high standard, ensuring quality and presentation are maintained Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas at all times Assist with setting up and closing of service areas, including tables and equipment Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or queries Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service Adhere to all food safety, health, and hygiene standards. What Youâll Bring Previous food and beverage or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential â full training provided Positive, friendly, and professional attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure A team-oriented approach with a willingness to support colleagues Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical stamina to be on your feet for extended periods and carry trays/equipment.
