Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Success in this position requires strong project management expertise, an engineering background, excellent communication skills, and a highly organized and control-oriented mindset. Ensure project documentation, financial records, approvals, and controls remain accurate, organized, audit-ready, and compliant with internal-control requirements. Ensure projects comply with applicable safety, quality, engineering, and regulatory requirements. Job Qualifications Top Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, such as Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related engineering discipline. Demonstrated experience managing complex engineering and capital projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
