Job Description & Summary In PwC Poland, we approach audit comprehensively – we don't limit ourselves to just accounting and reporting. Our auditors are advisors who look at companies' operations holistically, leveraging their experience, competencies, and technologies in providing audit services. Within this area, we work in General Audit for commercial, manufacturing, and service enterprises, as well as in the Audit of Financial Institutions. We build lasting business relationships with our clients, thoroughly analyzing their company strategies and operating principles.
Your future role will involve: leading interesting and challenging audit projects for Polish and international clients (audits, reviews of financial statements, consolidation packages, projects related to the assessment of internal control systems), practical application of knowledge of Polish and international accounting standards, participation in advisory projects in the field of accounting and internal control, and managing and supervising the work of junior team members.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial statement auditing in an external audit firm.
- Higher education.
- Good knowledge of accounting regulations and readiness for continuous learning and development.
- Ability to apply theoretical knowledge and translate it into practical advice and proposed solutions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation).
- Enjoys working in a team and has initial experience in supervising project teams.
- Fluent in English.
Highly Valued:- Individuals in the process of obtaining professional qualifications (PIBR, ACCA).
