Key Responsibilities:
JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for ensuring compliance to defined company standards of dealership including visual merchandise, product portfolio, staff training, overseeing and enhancing the overall experience that customers have at our dealership network.
Job Description:
- Drive customer retention, reduce churn, and increase customer satisfaction through making dealer ship customer focused.
- Drive and monitor dealer compliance and advise dealer to uplift shop/showroom to desired standard.
- Align dealer experience strategies with marketing initiatives as well as informing dealers about new product features and functionalities.
- Identify dealer needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive engagement.
- Respond to dealer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, social media, or chat applications.
- Analyze dealer feedback on product ranges and new releases, as well as prepare relevant reports.
- Perform product tests, evaluate after-sales and support services, and facilitating improvements.
- Document processes and technical issues, as well as dealer feedback and complaints.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
