Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Qualification:

  MBBS/COMPLETED 2 Years of training for post graduate degree (MCPS/MPHIL/IMM PASS)

• Experience:

  Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Job Description / Notes:

• She is responsible to help Medical Officer in ER whenever there is workload in ER for timely management of Emergency patients.
• She is responsible to check all P1 and P2 patients on duty.
• On duty shift she is responsible to check patients in active Labor in Labor Room.
• She is responsible to take ward round of admitted patients.
• She is responsible to document current status of ante-natal patients in HIMS.
• If admitted patients develops new onset problem, SMO consults concerned Consultant for further advice and document that advice in HMIS.
• She is responsible to perform scheduled and emergency surgeries in her duty and involves concerned consultant in case of any complication during surgery and after surgery.
• In case of any acute life-threatening emergency, she is responsible to consult on call consultant and incase of any communication problem will immediately contact HOD.
• SMO will attend departmental meetings.
• SMO will supervise SVD with VBASC, Expulsion, and Abortion.
• SMO is responsible to perform C/S, ERPOC, manual removal of placenta, EUA.
