Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and application of Generative AI models and advanced data analysis techniques to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Oversee risk management administrative tasks by effectively communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Manage and execute end-to-end projects, including clarifying requirements, devising research approaches, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Lead R&D initiatives to ensure the team remains at the forefront of AI advancements.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of the team by sharing expertise and best practices.
Requirements:
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in a Quantitative field (Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, etc.) with at least 5 years of working experience.
- Extensive experience with LLMs, Open Source, Big Data, Machine Learning, and numerical programming frameworks.
- Proficient in Python and other relevant programming languages.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams effectively.
