This is what you will do: The Public Sector Consulting practice at PwC consists of approximately 220 professionals who are passionate about the public sector and want to contribute to socially relevant assignments. The Healthcare team is part of the Public Sector practice and is a close-knit group of approximately 20 consultants with a very strong team spirit, where diversity allows us to learn from each other every day. As a Senior Manager Transformation Healthcare, you will work closely with our experts from other teams in the fields of Technology, Finance, Data Analysis, and Experience Consulting on:

• Collaborating in multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation.
• Managing projects and guiding and further developing our consultants within them.
• Being a strategic business partner for clients in the field of transformation, particularly at a strategic and tactical level.
• Actively being involved in business development to identify opportunities within healthcare transformations.
• Maintaining a relevant internal and external network crucial for industry leadership.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• You are an ambitious advisor with a passion for healthcare.
• Experience with the public sector is a strong preference.
• You enjoy working within a dynamic organization and have knowledge of the latest developments relevant to the healthcare sector.
• You possess a relevant network in the Dutch healthcare sector.
• You have a minimum of 8 years of relevant (consulting) work experience in this sector, specifically with the (strategic) development and guidance of transformations.
• You have a completed WO-Master's degree, for example, in health economics, economics, business/public administration, health informatics, or management of technology.
• Affinity and experience with financial issues (including funding, cost prices, business cases) and/or digital issues (including data issues) is a plus.
• You have experience leading teams and are able to coach colleagues in their development by providing on-the-job feedback.
• You possess excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English.
