About the Role The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to support the leadership of Sky High Bar & Lounge. In this role, you will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience while driving a high-performing, efficient operation. You will play a visible leadership role on the floor, ensuring service excellence, team engagement, and operational consistency in one of Philadelphia’s premier bar and lounge destinations.
