Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential property buyers and sellers within the Oman market.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing key features and benefits.
- Provide expert advice and market insights to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Negotiate sales terms and contracts to close deals successfully and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain and expand a client database through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties effectively through various channels.
- Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and legal regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and property visits.
