This beautiful resort opened in October 2008, and has 90 one-bedroom villas, 1 Presidential Suite, 45 two-to-five-bedroom residential villas, 5 stunning Food and Beverage venues in addition to managing an off-property beach bar/restaurant, an award-winning over water Spa, 2 tennis courts and a fitness center. ob Description – Laundry Supervisor Department: Housekeeping Reports To: Executive Housekeeper / Assistant Executive Housekeeper Position Summary The Laundry Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Resort's laundry facilities, ensuring all guest garments, employee uniforms, and hotel linens are processed efficiently and to the highest Four Seasons quality standards. This role supervises the laundry team, maintains productivity and quality, ensures compliance with health and safety standards, and supports the delivery of exceptional guest and employee experiences. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the laundry and uniform room. Ensure all guest laundry, hotel linen, towels, and employee uniforms are cleaned, pressed, and delivered according to Four Seasons standards. Monitor workflow and allocate tasks to maximize productivity and operational efficiency. Inspect laundered items to ensure quality standards are consistently met. Train, coach, and support Laundry Attendants, promoting teamwork and continuous development. Ensure proper use and maintenance of laundry equipment and promptly report any faults or maintenance requirements. Monitor the correct handling, storage, and usage of laundry chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines. Maintain appropriate inventory levels of linens, uniforms, and laundry supplies. Assist with linen and uniform inventories and support cost-control initiatives. Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental policies and procedures. Investigate and resolve guest laundry concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate operational records, including production reports, chemical usage, equipment maintenance logs, and inventory records. Support departmental objectives and assist with special projects as assigned. Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Housekeeping, or a related field is an advantage. Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience in a laundry or housekeeping environment, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort. Strong knowledge of commercial laundry operations, fabric care, stain removal techniques, and laundry chemicals. Experience operating commercial laundry equipment. Good understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an advantage. Fluency in English and French is preferred.
