We are seeking a Senior Associate to strengthen our International Development team. The role focuses on designing, managing, and delivering complex programmes and portfolios, ensuring effective coordination, governance, and measurable development impact.
Programme Design
- Contribute to the design of programmes, including operating models, implementation frameworks, governance structures, and delivery approaches.
- Support the development of programme strategies, theories of change, workplans, and results frameworks.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable programme designs, implementation roadmaps, and deliverables.
- Support the planning and structuring of complex development programmes across sectors.
- Develop programme schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and dependency maps to support effective delivery.
- Contribute to the design of Technical Assistance, Programme Management, and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) approaches and methodologies.
Programme Implementation & Delivery
- Support the implementation and delivery of Technical Assistance, Programme Management, and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) services.
- Manage and coordinate multiple programme workstreams, ensuring alignment with agreed objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor programme progress and performance, identifying risks, issues, and dependencies, and supporting mitigation actions.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, coordination, and reporting throughout programme delivery.
- Track implementation against workplans and key performance indicators, providing progress updates and recommendations.
- Support outcomes measurement, learning, and continuous improvement through monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities.

Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination

Risk, Governance & Compliance
- Identify, assess, and monitor programme and portfolio-level risks.
