Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Job Role:The incumbent will be responsible for managing a direct sales team to achieve assigned sales targets for Personal Loans and Running Finance. The role includes sales performance management, team building, market penetration, and ensuring quality customer service.
Education:• Minimum Graduation from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience:• At least 3 years of relevant experience managing a Direct Sales Team of unsecured consumer banking products, preferably Personal Loans.
Required Skills & Competencies:• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of unsecured consumer banking products and processes
• Ability to build and manage a Direct Sales Team
• Capability to implement and monitor basic sales management processes
• Strong leadership skills to deliver assigned sales targets
• Ensure customer service delivery within defined turnaround times (TAT)
• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently
