The Research / Pre-Due Diligence Analyst is responsible for conducting preliminary research and initial evaluation of potential projects, investments, or acquisitions. This role is essential for identifying risks, opportunities, and gathering key information to determine whether to proceed with the formal due diligence process. This role offers excellent opportunities in financial analysis, due diligence, and investment evaluation at PwC, a leading firm in financial services and strategic consulting.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, auditing, or M&A-related areas.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and business evaluation.
- Advanced analytical and research skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of information and synthesize it clearly.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and databases.
- Advanced written and spoken English.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Competencies:
- Experience in due diligence or M&A processes.
- Knowledge and experience in financial modeling.
- Understand the importance of have a correct information management
- Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
- Correct Information Security Management
