The job requires provision of professional Cricket Coaching services for the Domestic and Women Cricket commitments. These services include (and are not limited to); Game planning/ strategies, Pre / post Tournament preparation, Evaluation, Performance enhancement, facilitate Team Excellence/ augmentation in individual Skills with regards to the consistency in performance at domestic competitions and developing sustainable team culture commensurate with the international requirements.
ABOUT PAKISTAN CRICKET BOARDPakistan Cricket Board is engaged in promoting and developing the game of cricket in Pakistan and maintaining general control of the game.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Minimum PCB Level I Accreditation or equivalent.
- Preferably Former Test/ International Cricketer/ First Class player.
- Minimum 03 years' Coaching experience at appropriate levels.
- Knowledge and understanding of talent identification and development.
- Basic understanding and usage of Microsoft Office (Projects, Excel & Word).
- Good written and oral communication skills.
Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct game planning/strategies of pre/post-tournament preparation.
- Ensure to enhance team performance through various strategies.
- Organize, prepare, and conduct individual and team practices, training, and competitions.
- Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
- Evaluating players' physical needs, assigning appropriate exercise activities, and tracking players' fitness progress.
Competency Requirements
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and inter-personal skills, effective stakeholder management and team management skills.
