The V&E team at PwC Poland consists of over 30 professionals. We primarily deal with the valuation of enterprises, debt instruments, and intangible assets. Our work includes valuations for transactional, regulatory, tax, accounting, and restructuring purposes. We advise clients on purchase price allocation for financial reporting purposes, prepare private investor tests, and expert opinions for dispute resolution. We are looking for a Consultant to join our team.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Your Future Role:
- Implementation of projects related to the valuation of enterprises and intangible assets for transactional, tax, and financial reporting purposes.
- Financial modeling – preparation of financial models, feasibility studies, business plans, economic and financial analyses.
- Advisory on mergers and acquisitions transactions.
- Analysis of financial data of companies.
- Preparation of reports and presentations.
- Apply if you have:
- 1-2 years of professional experience in enterprise valuation, intangible asset valuation.
- Practical knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS, PSR) and experience in financial statement analysis.
- Experience in building financial models.
- Knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation).
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Polish.
- Teamwork ability - we count on your openness and ease of making contacts.
- Welcome (Nice to Have):
- Participation in professional qualification programs (CFA, ACCA, or CIMA).
