Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital's goals and compliance requirements.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention of medical and administrative staff.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate training and professional development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and hospital policies.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that supports teamwork and employee well-being.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus.
- Proactive problem solver with a strategic mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
- A solid understanding of the DHA registration process for Physicians and Nursing Staff.
