Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining clients' core problems, analytical directions, and project priorities in talent and organization issues.
- Participate in consulting project execution, forming insights and recommendations through interviews, data collection, research analysis, presentation preparation, and meeting discussions.
- Depending on various project needs, participate in related topics such as organizational design, talent management, performance and rewards, employee experience, culture and change management, HR transformation, mergers & acquisitions and integration, ESG, and human rights due diligence.
- Produce client deliverables, including presentations, analytical reports, workshop materials, and other project documents.
- Support project management and execution processes, assisting with schedule management, client communication, meeting arrangements, and cross-team collaboration.
- Participate in market research, insight consolidation, and proposal support, assisting the team in developing emerging topics and business opportunities.
What We Expect You to Have:
- High interest in talent and organization issues, and a willingness to learn and grow in a diverse and dynamic project environment.
- Excellent logical analysis, communication, and project execution skills.
- Experience in consulting project execution, OR relevant corporate human resources experience such as HRBP, talent management, learning & development, organization development, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
- Ability to read, analyze, and prepare presentations in both Chinese and English, and to communicate and collaborate in English as required by project needs.
