About the location: The 123-room Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto is the companyâs second destination in Japan, in the cityâs historic Higashiyama-ku district, close to the Kyoto National Museum and myriad heritage sites such as the Toyokuni Shrine and Kiyomizu Temple. Local artists are featured throughout the traditionally-inspired modern décor characterised by an understated Japanese aesthetic. The Hotel has a spa and fitness centre with a pool, and four food and beverage concepts. There are also be 57 Four Seasons Private Residences. The Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto is looking for a Director of Revenue. The Director of Revenue across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience. Responsibilities - Provide subject matter expertise to the development of emerging Revenue Management streams such as Rooms, F&B, Catering and others. · Identify and drive best practices across portfolio of property · Optimize hotel performance to meet annual business planning objectives and to deliver exceptional performance against agreed metrics. · Assess and drive competitive and differentiating Revenue Management & Distribution plans, in place at each hotel · Implement and monitor for compliance brand Revenue Management standards Skill Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Technically proficient, collaborative leader who comprehends the on-property Revenue Management function, the role of brand in delivering value to various stakeholders and the cultural nuances relative to conducting business Strong Communication Skills â Clearly and accurately provides pertinent information to individuals in verbal and/or written form. Able adjust delivery based on the audience and to accurately convey information in a way that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message. Time Management â Uses time effectively and efficiently, able to get more done in less time than others while not sacrificing quality. A high energy level, exceptional people skills and enthusiasm for the global hospitality business.
