Job Description
What are your main responsibilities?- You are responsible for all Salesforce and Customer Hub processes within the 'Sales and CRM' segment. Following a thorough onboarding period, you will grow into one of the key figures at Veolia when it comes to answering business-related questions and resolving bottlenecks.
- You oversee the rollout of new features and improvements within the Salesforce and Customer Hub environment, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic objectives.
- You monitor the performance of supporting applications and initiate improvements and change requests directed at the Product Team.
- You write test scripts and execute both technical and UAT tests, ensuring everything is thoroughly validated prior to review by the Product Lead.
- You develop, implement, and maintain detailed operational and functional procedures to support the day-to-day use of our applications and to maximize the number of queries that can be handled by first-line support.
- You accurately log field issues, analyze root causes, propose tailored solutions, and ensure proper follow-up and feedback to all stakeholders involved.
- You guide employees through the implementation of innovations and improvements within the Salesforce and Hub environment.
- In collaboration with training coordinators, you keep training materials and work instructions up to date.
- You coach and train new employees and users within your area of expertise, sharing useful tips and tricks.
- You consistently strive to design processes that can be rolled out internationally.
Qualifications
What do we expect from you?- You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- You enjoy working independently but are also a team player.
- You are process-oriented and possess excellent administrative skills.
- You have Salesforce knowledge.
- You are analytical and a creative problem solver. You always strive for improvements where possible.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
- You are customer-focused, communicative, and possess the necessary persuasiveness.
