Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining project documentation, QA records, snagging information and handover packs.
  • Updating client portals and internal project management systems.

  • The ability to maintain accurate project records and documentation.
  • A willingness to attend sites and develop your technical and project management expertise.
  • A full UK driving licence.

Why Consider the Role?

This is a particularly good opportunity for someone who already has construction or property experience and wants to move further into project management and passive fire compliance.

You will work alongside experienced Project and Contracts Managers, gaining exposure to commercial management, client management, programming, compliance and the technical aspects of passive fire protection, with the opportunity to take ownership of projects as your experience develops.
