Eligibility / Qualification Required:
We are currently partnering with a well-established construction and development company based in Abu Dhabi, renowned for delivering over 100 large-scale projects across the UAE and building a strong industry reputation over the years.
They are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.
This role will be responsible for leading and overseeing a diverse portfolio of building construction projects, including high-rise residential and commercial towers, leisure facilities, and healthcare developments, offering the opportunity to work on high-profile, impactful projects within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of project delivery from planning through execution
• Coordinate with international consultants and project management firms
• Ensure timely and successful completion of projects within budget and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of site experience, including at least 5 years as a Project Manager on large-scale building projects
• Proven track record delivering projects valued between AED 200M – 700M
• Previous experience with a leading contracting company, preferably in the UAE
• Strong communication skills and command of English
