We are looking for a Senior Workday Financial Consultant to join our team.
Your future role will involve:
- Work on Workday Financial deployments in leading roles.
- Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
- Assess actual client needs and propose recommendations and/or alternative solutions to meet client goals.
- Advise clients on best practices, recognize, and recommend process improvements, and implement system enhancements.
- System configuration, testing, and data activities to ensure that proposed solution suits Client’s expectations.
- Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday.
- Assist the integration consulting team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and third party/custom solutions.
- Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology.
- Act as Team Leader for functional Consultants.
- Share knowledge, support and mentor new Team Members.
- Support the sales activities and business development.

- 4+ years of relevant experience in ERP consulting,
- Experience in leading Workday implementations or other ERP systems,
- Experience in implementing various functional areas including: R2R (Financial Accounting, Financial Dimension / Chart of Accounts Design), P2P (Procurement, Supplier Accounts), O2C (Customer Management, Customer Accounts, Customer Contracts), Business Assets, Banking, Expenses, Intercompany,
- Workday Finance Certifications in at least one of the mentioned areas,
- Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI‑powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation),
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
