Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Qualification: Bachelors ( Bio Medical Engineering, MBA Supply Chain)
- Experience: 4-5 Years of relevant Experience
Key Responsibilities (Summary)
- Ensure timely and accurate procurement of all items (including store items) for TIH.
- Identify and assess the need for various materials and supplies.
- Prepare and verify purchase orders as per SOP and quotations.
- Ensure material availability at minimum cost and within the shortest time frame.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate with concerned departments.
- Review purchase orders regularly to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage LC-related supplies through coordination with stores, end-user departments, and the LC procurement team.
- Evaluate and manage suppliers; maintain and update the approved vendor list.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and after-sales terms with suppliers/vendors.
- Maintain purchase order records and prepare comparative statements when required.
- Qualification: Bachelors in Bio Medical Engineering with an MBA in Supply Chain Additional Certifications in Supply Chain will be Preferred 4 - 5 Years relavent Experience Hospital Procurement experience will Preferred
