Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Qualification: Bachelors /Masters in Human Resource, or a related field. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, CHRP or equivalent) is an advantage
- Experience: Minimum 05 Years of relevant experience with Bachelors
- OR
- Minimum 04 Years of relevant experience with Masters
Notes:
● Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies aligned with HR workforce plans and approved budgets.
● Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and role specifications.
● Monitor hiring progress against approved plans and provide regular updates to management.
● Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
● Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key and recurring positions.
● Ensure position requisitions (PRFs) are processing after due validation of budget.
● Coordinate for pre-employment medical, periodic employee medical and maintain record.
● Coordinate and conduct recruitment drives, job fairs, and campus hiring programs.
● Oversee offer management, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
● Promote the Indus as an employer of choice through branding initiatives, social media engagement, and talent outreach.
● Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
● Maintain relationships with educational institutions, professional associations, and recruitment partners.
● Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, standard operating procedures and HR authorities' matrix and ensuring compliance thereof.
● Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, position tracker, headcount statistics, metrics, and analytics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
● Preparation and issuance of timely processing of job offer letters, appointment letters, completion of onboarding documentation and personnel files as per the defined standards.
● Ensure timely processing of contract renewal/end and confirmations/extensions/separations as per the SoP.
● Maintain and update on-board employee personnel files record and onboarding and master data in excel.
● Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance hiring efficiency.
● Ensure accuracy of information in HMIS/HRMS systems and while advertising.
● Ensure recruitment and selection activities comply with institutional policies and relevant labor laws.
● Maintain complete documentation for all recruitment processes and audit requirements.
● Support internal and external audits related to recruitment activities.
● Provide guidance and supervision to recruitment team.
● Support cross-functional HR initiatives such as onboarding, succession planning, and workforce planning.
● Perform any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor that commensurate with your knowledge and skills.
