Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Join our teams as Sales Specialist to contribute and support the P&G's Sales in daily tasks while improving your own skills! These are some examples of missions that you could be part of: End to end internal and external ownership of product portfolio synchronization; Follow up of accurate and compliant promotional planning, from system setup to execution status and proof of performance; Fill in customer specific templates for Master Data; Build a strong partnership with our P&G teams by clearly understanding customer specific needs, goals, strategies and systems ; Assist Account Managers in building complex business analysis via providing store/market analysis on regular basis ; Be responsible for delivering accurate and on time results . Meaningful work as of Day1 – you will have the ownership of your role from the beginning and you will handle divers’ responsibilities within our Sales team in areas like: Master Data, Promotional planning, Reporting, Analysis; Continuous trainings and mentoring – you will work with passionate people and you will receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager; Dynamic, diverse and respectful work environment – Romania is part of the South East Europe cluster, comprised by 10 countries and with the HQ in Bucharest, our working environment is highly multicultural. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; Very good speaking and writing English command; Strong organizing skills, deep analytical thinking and detail-oriented mindset; Ability to manage medium complexity projects, prioritize and follow-up; Problem solving via innovation & creativity; Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment.
