Your team: The BU Deals of PwC Société d’Avocat is a multidisciplinary team, composed of specialists in M&A and private equity operations in legal, tax, and social matters. You will intervene on all tax aspects of transactional operations. You will actively and directly participate in varied assignments (research, analysis, drafting of memorandums and consultations, due diligence). You will join a dynamic and motivated team that carries out consulting assignments for prestigious French or international clients. This role is crucial for professionals specializing in
transactional tax law,
M&A tax advisory, and
international business law, providing invaluable experience within a leading
global tax and legal firm.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Hold a postgraduate degree (3ème cycle) in Tax Law.
- Hold the CAPA (Certificate of Aptitude for the Profession of Lawyer).
- Justify a minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in transactional tax, acquired in an international business law firm.
- Have a fluent practice of legal English, both written and oral.
- Autonomy, dynamism, relational skills, analytical and synthesis capabilities, and team spirit are essential assets for success in this position.
