Qualification:
Intermediate with English and computer/smart phone skills to collect patient data.
Experience:
At least one year relevant experience.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and document qualitative and quantitative field data, including community feedback.
Maintain accurate records and reports; support data entry, cleaning, and basic analysis.
Assist in preparing weekly progress updates, reports, and presentations.
Support public health activities, including disease screening and community outreach.
Strengthen linkages between communities and health services.
Perform other duties as assigned and be willing to travel to various program locations.
