Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Our client is a Miami-based company specialising in ultra-high-end interiors including kitchens, bathrooms and bespoke furniture for luxury residential projects.
They are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function in Miami. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role responsible for managing the entire accounting remit, including cash flow, AR/AP, reporting, and financial controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle accounting and month-end close
- Cash flow management and forecasting
- Accounts receivable oversight and collections
- Accounts payable management
- Preparation of financial statements and reporting packs
- Budget monitoring and variance analysis
- Maintaining and improving accounting systems and processes
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Ideal Profile:
- Accounting experience in construction, SME or high-growth environments preferred
- Strong systems capability and highly proficient with accounting software
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
- Comfortable owning and improving finance processes
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive
