About the role We’re seeking a confident and driven Bar Supervisor to support the management of our bar operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will play a key role in leading the team on shift, ensuring a high standard of service, and creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for guests. This is a hands-on position where you will oversee daily bar operations, support team development, and ensure smooth, efficient service while maintaining the highest quality standards. What you will do Support the management of daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service Lead the bar team during shifts, setting the standard for excellent guest service Prepare and serve beverages to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality Train, mentor, and support team members to develop their skills and knowledge Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure proper stock rotation Ensure the bar is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner Maintain strong product knowledge, including wines, spirits, and cocktails Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
