About the role At Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, we are looking for a Waiter Assistant to join our team at El Patio. This position, part of the Food & Beverage Department, has the main mission of providing exceptional service to our guests. What you will do Taking orders, serving dishes, and preparing (if necessary) food and beverage orders, all according to Four Seasons standards and in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner. Knowing the food and beverage offerings and being able to make suggestions to guests. Anticipating guestsâ needs. Taking responsibility for guest requests and complaints, always seeking their satisfaction by providing exceptional service and management. Cleaning and keeping tables and guest areas organized, as well as food and beverage preparation areas. Providing guests with pleasant, efficient, and professional service in accordance with Four Seasons standards. Assisting the assigned station head, if applicable, as well as the department manager. What you bring We are looking for candidates who are committed to excellence in service and who are great team players. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Food & Beverage area, preferably in luxury dining. It is essential to be able to work in a dynamic environment, adapting to and anticipating guestsâ needs.
