Job Description:
- Job Summary:
The Mechanical Engineer will manage day-to-day operational complaints and assist the Deputy Manager/Manager in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment. The role includes oversight of systems such as NFSD (Non-Fire Suppression Devices), laundry equipment, and water distribution networks, and acting as the primary point of contact for coordination with the project team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day complaints related to mechanical operations and provide timely resolutions.
- Assist Deputy Manager/Manager in the operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Oversee the performance and maintenance of NFSD systems, laundry equipment, and water distribution networks.
- Coordinate with project teams for handover, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed and documented accurately.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain records of maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless facility operations.
