How success looks like Successful delivery of the business' critical metrics Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business’ promotional plan and selling presentation Understand existing solutions that the business offers and able to articulate these well to all partners Achieve solid category understanding Achieve high customer penetration Capable of starting strategic projects to drive sales growth and efficiencies Support business champions in business process changes and, where needed, driving them to requirements for application changes Key Responsibilities Developing, selling, implementing, and evaluating business plans to meet or exceed financial goals Collaborating with multi-functional and markets (Indonesia/Thailand/Vietnam/Malaysia/Singapore/Australia/Philippines) to develop strategies and plans Manage weekly operations with markets distributor teams, through weekly ops/planning tracking and ensuring sell through in line with targets Provide back key monthly performance review and key interventions to be taken to leadership, working with market teams. Job Qualifications Proven successful track record at 1) Joint Business Planning (JBP) meetings with key customers and 2) the shopper-based design/key sales fundamental (counter location and size) to provide clear mentorship to Sales team to drive the best in-store execution Knowledge in luxury skincare preferred Experience in working with retailers & consumers based in the ASEAN region 3-5 years of relevant experience Deep understanding of commercial planning and processes Expertise in retail promotion planning and execution to reflect in future planning.
