Eligibility / Qualification Required:
The Branch Operations Manager, as the backbone of branch operations, is responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory and internal policies. This role oversees cash management, transaction processing, service quality, and risk controls while maintaining operational discipline and customer service excellence to support the branch’s overall business objectives.
- Responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient management of all branch operations.
- To monitor and optimize branch workflows, reducing bottlenecks and improving service efficiency.
- To ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies and regulations set by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
- Oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of the branch, ensuring a hygienic, organized, and well-maintained workspace that enhances the overall customer experience while supporting seamless operational efficiency.
- Ensuring secure and efficient cash handling, vault operations, and locker management by adhering to dual-control protocols, regulatory compliance, and risk prevention measures.
- Maintaining optimal service levels by ensuring prompt resolution of customer queries, fostering a customer-centric culture, and implementing best practices to enhance service efficiency and satisfaction.
