Eligibility / Qualification Required:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Planning Manager to lead the planning and scheduling of complex theme park within the UAE.
If you have the ability to handle, develop, maintain and manage the project schedule across all phases. The calmness to monitor and control the critical path activities. The eye for detail and ability to identify risks and drive the mitigation plans.
Then this is the skillset our client is eager to bring onboard, this is what for them is missing from their SLT they have established.

Requirements:
Desirable Skills & Experience
15+ years of planning experience in construction
Proven experience on themed / entertainment projects (theme parks, attractions, immersive environments)
Experience working on large-scale or high-profile entertainment projects
Experience across the full project lifecycle (design to handover) of themed/entertainment projects
Degree in Civil Engineering
GCC experience preferred, but strong international profiles will be considered
Track record in project coordination, communicating and leadership skills
Problem solving ability with attention to detail

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 55,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
