Al Rajhi Bank is seeking an experienced Direct Sales Manager to oversee direct sales activities for the bank’s products and services. The role involves managing sales functions, ensuring alignment with the bank’s mission and values, coaching and supervising sales teams, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. The Direct Sales Manager will coordinate with sales supervisors and agents to achieve business targets and ensure excellent customer service.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
– 8–12 years of relevant sales and management experience
– General knowledge of banking or financing products
– Ability to analyze and combine information and prepare reports
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Saudi nationality preferred
