Job Description / Notes:

An experienced Senior doctor capable of taking responsibility of Critically ill patients of MICU & MHDU and work as Team Lead. Should play central role in managing sick patients in cooperation with MO/SMO, Nursing, communicating with Faculty on Call and counselling with patient and Family.

Job Description:

● Complete management of all MICU and MHDU patients.
● Management of airway and ventilatory support, sedation, analgesia and vasopressors/inotropes in MICU.
● Management of NIV/airway support/Intubation in MHDU and MICU.
● Passing Central lines/ DL catheters / Art. Line / Femoral sheath / LP, in MICU and MHDU.
● Dealing with emergencies in Critical Care Medicine Department i.e., cardiac arrest, Arrhythmias, shock, & Team Lead on duty for Rapid Response Team.
● Clinical & Point Of Care Ultrasound based management of fluid balance in MICU.
● Administrative role as shift supervisor in the absence of senior and ensure regular and effective communication with hospital staff and medical officers.
