- To provide recommendations on ways to improve productivity and customer satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with other researchers in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the methodology of surveys
- Design, plan, and coordinate operations for multiple surveys
- Develop questionnaire, data collection methods, sampling designs and related processes
- Prepare summaries and analyses of survey data, including tables, graphs, and fact sheets that describe survey techniques and results
- Conduct research to gather information about survey topics
- Direct and review the work of team members, including survey support staff and interviewers who gather survey data
- Develop and manage the team with efficiency and effectiveness
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
